Everything is immaculate here, had an exceptional stay for my last night in Seoul. The rooms are beautifully maintained and warm, provided with with single bed and beautifully-tiled bathrooms and huge windows. The staff are responsive and very friendly. The hotel boasts central location very close to restaurants. The restaurant serves delicious Korean food.

Marvellous ideal location, right next to a metro station. Exceptionally comfortable bed, big bathroom and climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel television in the room.

Big room plus a safe, TV set, and a fridge. Bidet in the bathroom. Great location in front of a bus stop and main sights.

Comfortable and best possible location in Jung-Gu district adjacent to other sites, and those dongdaemun shopping malls which open till late. Also, in the Myeongdong area. A double room with large bathroom. Bonus point for climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel television.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this place is absolutely superb, with a subway entrance right in front of the hotel, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Additionally, there are numerous local restaurants and cafes nearby, so finding a place to eat was never an issue. I also loved the fact that there were two 7/11s and Emarts24 within 100 meters of the hotel, making it easy to grab snacks or drinks whenever needed.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location very close to a subway station that services 3 lines and large shopping centre with many cheap food outlets and literally next to a subway station that services 3 lines...

The location was magnificent, in the Jung-Gu district and in front of a bus stop. The restaurant here was nice for lunch and dinner, we both ordered delicious dishes.

The hotel's location is incredible, right next to the subway station with three different lines to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, with a lovely king-size bed and large windows. The hotel was conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and cafes, as well as the Dongdaemun Design Plaza.

our christmas party in seoul was a blast and Sotetsu hotels the splaisir made it even more memorable! the staff was attentive and helpful, always with a smile. the location was unbeatable, with subway lines right outside and shopping malls within minutes. thumbs up to the airport limo bus stop too!

Seating area in bar needs improvement.

The hotel was set in a central area very close to several shopping mall, next to the subway entrance, dongdaemun shopping centres, and transport. It also was close to the station. I greatly enjoyed the stay here.

Had an enjoyable stay for my last night in Seoul, everything was lovely. Magnificent location, it was in front of a bus stop. Also, the area was shopping.

I had a fantastic 4-day stay in a hotel located in the heart of a vibrant shopping and fashion district. It was just a short walk away from many large department stores in Dongdaemun and the iconic DDP. The room was spacious and clean, with a panoramic window offering stunning city views. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel had a subway entrance right in front, making it convenient to explore the city. There were numerous local restaurants and cafes nearby, perfect for grabbing a meal or coffee.

There was an issue with the AC in the room that couldn't be switched from cooling to warming. The hotel provided a heater to resolve the problem, but it would have been better if the AC had both functions.
